We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead our cluster of stores and drive sales performance. Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate store managers and their teams to deliver a superior customer experience, aligning with our brand's standards of service, style, and quality.
  • Monitor and drive sales performance across your cluster, setting and achieving goals, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage key operational aspects, including inventory control, visual merchandising, staffing, and store budgets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, optimise store processes, and enhance team performance across the cluster.
  • Analyse store performance data, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management to inform business decisions.

You Will Have:

  • Previous experience in fashion retail in a senior store manager or cluster manager role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer feels valued.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and recruitment.
  • Exceptional people skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
