We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering account service excellence across one of our key clients.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing projects and orchestrating the client team to achieve shared business goals and objectives, as part of the delivery of the account strategy.
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of CRM and lead-nurture programs
- Deliver other key digital projects such as web page design updates
- Work closely with the digital team to ensure successful project outcomes
