**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maximize Rooms Operations and ensure service standards are maintained.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Leadership: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.
  • Service Standards: You will ensure that service standards are maintained in the aforementioned areas.
  • Profitability: You will work to maximize profitability in these areas.
  • Customer and Staff Needs: You will ensure that customer and staff needs are met.

**Requirements**

  • Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera.
  • Certification: Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
