Job Title

A key position has become available within our organization for a seasoned Change Management Expert.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and delivering change programs and projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational objectives
  • Provide expert advice on project impact, readiness, training needs, and communication plans
  • Manage and oversee the application of change frameworks and standards to ensure consistent engagement and outcomes
  • Maintain an understanding of the organization's goals, challenges, and objectives to integrate CX projects effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in change management with a track record of developing and executing successful change plans
  • Demonstrated ability to provide specialist change advice and information on emerging project issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience monitoring and reviewing program implementation and progress, preparing reports to inform decision-making
