Operational Resilience Leader Role

As a key leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational resilience strategy across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory landscapes. This is an excellent opportunity to drive strategic capability uplift across senior leadership and lead a team of risk professionals as we continue to evolve with the pace of digital and regulatory change.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive frameworks for Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and IT Disaster Recovery to ensure seamless business operations
  • Provide expert oversight and assurance on operational resilience, collaborating closely with technology, business units, and senior stakeholders
  • Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments, scenario testing, and supplier reviews to identify and mitigate resilience vulnerabilities
  • Establish critical governance forums, providing regular updates to risk committees and leadership on resilience measures and risk appetite alignment
  • Manage crisis events effectively, including convening crisis management meetings and overseeing end-to-end recovery procedures
  • Foster a strong and embedded risk culture through education and awareness programs for leaders and teams
  • Direct a small, high-performing team of Risk and BCP Managers

This position requires an experienced leader with 12+ years' experience in operational risk, business continuity, audit, or technology resilience, preferably in large and complex financial services organizations. Proven leadership in managing enterprise risk, crisis response, and regulatory compliance programs across global jurisdictions is essential. Experience working in second-line risk, technology risk, or internal audit is highly desirable. Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISA, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are advantageous. Familiarity with global standards and regulators like APRA (CPS 230), SEBI, RBI, DORA, and FCA/PRA is also required. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, along with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment, are vital for success in this role.
