Change Leadership Role

This position oversees the development and implementation of effective change management strategies to ensure seamless transitions in various projects and operations. The primary focus will be on supporting technological initiatives, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage, and deliver comprehensive change management plans to align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to assess stakeholder needs, develop targeted communication strategies, and implement training programs to drive business readiness.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, business sponsors, and project partners to ensure their needs are incorporated into change management strategies and plans.
  • Develop and implement training and capability programs that support broader organizational commitments to excellence and growth.
  • Design and deliver change management methodologies and frameworks for project delivery and business-as-usual operation teams.
  • Develop proactive and responsive communication strategies aligned with ICT and organizational operational priorities.
  • Identify areas for improvement in change management methodologies and contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of tools, techniques, and templates for successful change initiatives.
  • Establish measurable performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of change implementations and analyze these metrics to inform future improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in change management and strategic planning, as well as knowledge and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
