Job Title

The role of Senior Change Advisor involves leading the implementation and delivery of change programs and projects within an organisation.

This position is part of a larger division, responsible for providing expert advice on end-to-end change strategy, impact, change readiness, training needs, and communication and engagement plans to support informed decision making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and overseeing the consistent application of a change framework across all programs of work.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to drive organisational transformation.
  • Provide specialist advice on emerging project issues and present recommendations to inform decision making and mitigate the impacts of change.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with project team members and stakeholders to meet defined business objectives.
  • Monitor and review programs and their implementation and progress, preparing reports and submissions to inform strategic planning and decision making.
