Sales Excellence Manager Job
">Seeking a seasoned sales operations professional to drive sales process improvements, CRM optimisation, and capability uplift.
">The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving transformational change by establishing a Sales Centre of Excellence. They will work directly with senior leadership, including the Executive General Manager (EGM) and General Managers (GMs), to optimise CRM, playbooks, and sales processes. They will influence sales capability across 500-600 salespeople, enabling data-driven decision-making and improved customer experience.
">This is a key role in our organisation, responsible for supporting the sales teams by driving the continuous improvement of sales processes, playbooks, tools, and systems within our business.
">The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies in alignment with overall business goals.
">They will also provide data-driven insights to support and enable sales success, ensuring disciplined adherence to processes, playbooks, and CRM systems.

We are seeking an experienced sales operations, enablement, or transformation professional with a strong track record of driving sales process improvements, CRM optimisation, and capability uplift. The ideal candidate will have worked in B2B, industrial distribution, or comparable sales-driven environments and can demonstrate how their initiatives have delivered measurable commercial outcomes.
