Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze portfolio performance using data sources such as Tableau dashboards and COGNOS reports.
  • Develop clear proposals for portfolio improvements, including pricing changes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align initiatives with business strategy.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to enhance platform performance and connectivity.
  • Deliver and monitor initiatives that drive profitability, ensuring benefits are realized and sustained.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in General Insurance, preferably with an actuarial and/or analytics background.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Analytics, or Actuarial Science (desirable).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, COGNOS, and other business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling capabilities.
  • Commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
