About This Opportunity

We're seeking a visionary Social Impact Portfolio Strategist to drive our social impact agenda and coordinate high-priority initiatives that shape the future of early learning in Australia.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chief Impact Officer as a trusted advisor, leading whole-of-portfolio strategy and delivery across thought leadership, public policy, innovation, partnerships, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our social impact initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and partnerships
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Identify and mitigate risks to achieve desired outcomes

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, education)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social impact or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
