Job Description

A Utility Portfolio Strategist will oversee a portfolio of projects within the utilities sector, including transmission, substation, and distribution projects. This role involves managing large-scale programs, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee a portfolio of transmission, substation, and distribution projects for public and investor-owned utilities.
  • Manage large-scale programs, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met.
  • Develop recovery plans to mitigate risks and maintain stakeholder-approved project parameters.
  • Monitor program performance using dashboards, KPIs, and other tracking tools.
  • Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires extensive experience in the utilities sector, particularly in project management roles. A proven track record of team leadership and talent acquisition is essential. Strong commercial consulting skills within the transmission and distribution (T&D) utility industry are also required.
