Business Success Strategist

Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty by aligning expectations, managing portfolios, and identifying growth opportunities.

The role involves onboarding new clients, introducing cloud solutions such as Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Openstack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications. The strategist will coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers across industries, mitigate renewal risks, and optimize customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support teams.

Candidate Profile: We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for cloud and data center technologies, and at least 5 years of experience in IT-related fields, including Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, or IoT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead weekly business reviews.
  2. Resolve blockers and coordinate with product and engineering teams.
  3. Support clients through reactive requests.
  4. Develop targeted campaigns via digital touchpoints.

Additional Skills: Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRMs is beneficial.
