Role Overview

This is a key position within our Quality Assurance Team based in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct Service Evaluations across Australia and New Zealand, assessing service quality and performance.
  • Report critical issues from market service surveys and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze Net Promoter Score data to monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration for effective improvement measure implementation.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and create detailed reports using Excel and other data analysis tools.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably automotive industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Australia.
