Drive Enterprise Growth as a Sales Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company that's reshaping the way top brands engage their employees. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, sparking conversations, and opening doors with enterprise prospects.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Prospecting into high-growth accounts across ANZ, with support from Marketing and Sales Leadership.
  • Running multichannel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
  • Creating innovative campaigns to engage decision-makers and C-suite leaders.
  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.
  • Representing the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of sales or BDR/SDR experience (SaaS or Tech is a bonus).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, you're confident on the phone, in writing, and in presenting.
  • Organised, resilient, and motivated to hit and exceed targets.
