Customer Service Operations Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the daily customer service for a team of Technicians and manage the complete operations of allocated sites, workshops, and machines. The ideal candidate will have several years of relevant experience in a maintenance environment, including planning efficient service execution and managing customer satisfaction.
About the Role- Oversee daily service planning and execution
- Distribute work fairly to the team
- Ensure customer problems are attended to promptly and solutions are provided in a timely manner
The role also involves training staff and ensuring safety is exercised at all times. If you're a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and knowledge of SAP, we want to hear from you
Your Skills and Experience- Several years of experience in a maintenance planning role
- Ability to plan efficient service execution
- Knowledge of SAP
- Customer service skills and effective time management skills
We estimate that the salary range for this position will be AU$80,000 - AU$85,000 per annum + super, making it an attractive option for those looking to advance their careers.
