Customer Service Operations Lead

This exciting role offers an opportunity to lead daily customer service for a team of technicians and know the customers' installed base and service opportunities in the area.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily service planning and execution
- Distribute work allocation to service technicians fairly and properly
- Address customer problems promptly and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Manage complete operations of allocated sites, workshops, and machines
- Ensure safety is exercised at all times
- Train staff
In this dynamic role, you will have the chance to develop your skills in maintenance planning and customer service. With several years of experience in a maintenance environment, you will be able to plan efficient service execution, manage teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
About You:- You have relevant experience in a maintenance environment, ideally with SAP knowledge
- You possess excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills
- You are proficient in customer service and can build strong relationships with clients
