Airport Services Agent Role

  • Main Tasks
  • Work closely with teams including check-in, boarding gate, ramp, cargo, and lounge staff.
  • Safeguard smooth passenger acceptance through supervisory activities.
  • Direct passengers to respective areas such as arrival halls, transfer areas, departure gates, and lounges.
  • Evaluate entry requirements including visas and residence permits.
  • Collaborate with various departments including cargo, fueling companies, baggage make-up areas, aircraft loading teams, and catering suppliers to facilitate efficient turnarounds.
  • Handle company mail and complete pre- and post-flight administrative duties.
  • Maintain compliance with QR Safety and Security requirements.
