Airport Operations Manager

Take charge of ensuring safe, secure and cost-effective airport operations. This is a key opportunity to work with our airline and contribute to its growth and success.

About the Role:
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations while optimizing costs.

The ideal candidate will have relevant college or university qualifications, minimum 5 years of relevant experience, and experience at a managerial level. They should also have proven expertise in crisis management, organizational and management practices, and customer focus.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate alliance passenger handling strategies in conjunction with revenue management affecting station flight schedules.
  • Assess and forecast manpower planning in conjunction with seasonal fluctuations.
  • Manage daily operations and act as liaison between airport service providers, government agencies, authorities and senior management.
