We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Administration and Retail Coordinator. This exciting opportunity is based at a retail centre in Toowoomba, where you will report directly to the Centre Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate centre databases and information systems, overseeing contractor compliance and tenancy inspections, and managing car park operations.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining emergency equipment and conducting safety audits
  • Processing CCTV requests and managing documentation
  • Handling filing, compliance monitoring, and liability management
  • Providing reception support and administrative assistance
  • Supporting Accounts Payable/Receivable processes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage difficult situations with customers, retailers, and contractors
  • Basic financial accounting/book keeping skills
