About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional who can manage the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This includes leading and developing a high-performing team, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fast-paced retail environments, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. You will also need to possess strong administrative skills, including payroll management, rostering, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a well-organized store environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer loyalty
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met
