**Job Title:** Maintenance Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

This position involves supporting the maintenance teams with the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track all maintenance activities, conducting regular audits, and implementing compliance programs to guarantee the safety and efficiency of operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensuring resources are available to complete objectives
  2. Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  3. Creating and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure team members achieve their goals
  4. Providing regular feedback and KPIs to management to display compliance and measures taken to improve or correct any non-compliances

The successful candidate will be required to work closely with other departments to ensure maintenance activities align with overall business objectives, manage vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, oversee and ensure compliance reflected on the Fleet Management System (FMS), develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance activities, and utilise data analytics to monitor and analyse maintenance performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in civil or tunnelling construction
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and safety regulations for NSW
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively
  • Prioritise tasks under pressure
  • Good organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively in a demanding environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
