Operations Coordinator Role

We're seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our National team, driving growth targets and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process contracts/project administration and contractor onboarding efficiently
  • Manage contractor timesheets and provide ongoing support
  • Collaborate with the shared services team to coordinate accurate contractor payroll and client invoicing
  • Resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Compile sales and client reports
  • Coordinate events and ensure policies are followed correctly

To succeed in this role, you'll demonstrate:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using recruitment software, CRM systems, and MS Office
