**Quality Compliance Role**

We are seeking a candidate to drive improvement initiatives that directly impact patient care and service excellence.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and guidelines. This will involve conducting audits, tracking corrective actions, and maintaining records of compliance.

The role also requires the ability to monitor service delivery against key performance indicators, generate reports, and drive improvements in operational efficiency, risk management, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with NSQHS standards, OH&S, Infection Control, and Privacy regulations
  • Conduct audits, track corrective actions, and maintain compliance records
  • Monitor service delivery against KPIs, generate reports, and drive improvements
  • Support accreditation processes and incident reporting workflows
  • Coordinate staff training on compliance and quality requirements
  • Review policies, SOPs, and procedures, ensuring timely updates and communication
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, risk management, and quality outcomes

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Healthcare or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3 years' experience in a compliance, quality assurance, or auditing role
  • Knowledge of Australian healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with incident management systems and accreditation processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risks and recommend improvements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare operations
