About the Role

HubSpot is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract, recruit, and retain top talent
  • Support Account Executives in all aspects of the sales process and ensure they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive business growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them improve their sales skills and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational advancement and achieve business goals
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience leading a quota-carrying team in a corporate or enterprise segment
  • Proven track record of successfully mentoring and empowering team members to reach their potential
  • Passionate about transforming sales, service, and marketing in alignment with HubSpot's culture
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand team motivations and adapt communication accordingly
  • Experience in structured sales environments, managing through methodologies and deal stages
  • Ability to make thoughtful decisions and demonstrate sound judgment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate across multiple mediums
