Role Overview
We seek a professional to support business operations and empower team members through exceptional talent management.
This role will be responsible for providing strategic people support, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities and foster a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and teams to support the execution of people strategies and cyclical events, including engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and manager training.
- Contribute to planning and delivering projects and initiatives that drive organisational success.
- Manage employee relations cases, including performance, conduct, behaviour, and probation.
- Provide guidance on all people-related matters and policy implementation.
- Support HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.
- Collaborate with centres of excellence to deliver holistic solutions.
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in human resource management, organisational psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role is required.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate understanding of HR best practice principles and good knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Solid stakeholder management skills are essential.
Candidates with experience working on HCM systems are preferred but not essential.
