Territory Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Territory Development Manager to expand our business footprint across Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving incremental volume, building strong relationships with distributors and end-users, and executing national campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive incremental volume and unlock new business opportunities across WA.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end-users to foster growth and loyalty.
  • Lead the execution of national campaigns, promotions, and product launches to maximize brand visibility and sales.
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in FMCG or foodservice sales is highly desirable.
  • A growth mindset and an unwavering commitment to success.
  • Natural flair for influencing, negotiating, and relationship-building.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
