  • Our company seeks a seasoned executive to lead Regional Growth initiatives in the Australia & Asia-Pacific region.

  • This role requires someone with senior leadership experience and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning, execution, and sales team management.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior leadership positions with a strong background in selling complex technology solutions into industrial markets with P&L accountability.

  • Key qualifications include:

    • 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on driving business growth

    • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic roles with expertise in identifying and closing high-value opportunities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Australia & Asia-Pacific region, aligned with our company's overall vision and objectives.

  • Lead a high-performing business development and sales team to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
