  • Create training programs for staff development and retention to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Establish a feedback reporting process to monitor and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop retention strategies that drive business growth.
  • Maintain an efficient sales floor and manage resources effectively.
