About the Role We are hiring a full-time Sales Training and Performance Manager to step in as 2 IC to our Head of Sales.
This is a leadership role designed for a proven sales leader who thrives on coaching others to sell with skill and confidence.
Your primary focus will be on sales training, call reviews, and coaching to lift conversion rates across the entire sales team.
You will design and deliver training programs, create performance frameworks, and lead ongoing development for both setters and closers.
You will also model best practice sales conversations by jumping on calls yourself when needed.
This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts strategist, trainer, and motivator.
Key Responsibilities Lead structured sales training sessions, from onboarding through to advanced coaching.
Review sales calls daily and provide constructive feedback with clear action plans.
Create frameworks, scripts, and playbooks to increase consistency and close rates.
Run sales meetings, huddles, and role-play sessions to sharpen skills.
Track KPIs, identify gaps, and implement solutions for ongoing performance lift.
Take live sales calls to model world-class sales conversations.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales on forecasting, reporting, and strategy.
Maintain a high-performance culture that celebrates learning and results.
Who You Are A seasoned sales trainer or performance manager with a proven record of coaching high-performing teams.
Experienced in reviewing sales calls, giving feedback, and driving tangible improvements.
Obsessed with lifting close rates, shortening sales cycles, and improving customer experience.
Comfortable leading training in both group and 1-to-1 settings.
Calm, clear, and confident with the ability to hold high standards while leading with empathy.
Based in Australia with full-time availability and excellent communication skills.
Passionate about empowering women and helping product businesses succeed.
