**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Industry Growth Manager to join our team.

The Industry Growth Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic industry plans, growing revenue across the water customer base, and retaining existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive and key decision maker relationships across the water customer account portfolio.
  • Develop a customer program that entails client priorities and key initiatives and share with relevant internal team members.
  • Design and execute on strategic industry plans that demonstrates and delivers value to the water customer base.
  • Accountable for growing revenue across your water client base including MRR increases, professional services, data improvement, system integrations (e.g. GIS, EAM/ERP, ECM) and co-development projects.
  • Consistently promote service offerings including service projects and advanced offers.
  • Work within a high performing team which consists of customer success managers, solutions leads, architects, marketing, product management and product support.
  • Regularly visit and engage with each of your client's key stakeholders to ensure Zero Churn.
  • Identify client's priorities, projects and key initiatives for the next 3, 6, & 12 months.
  • Capture and report on the value and impact our solutions are having when used to help the clients achieve their priorities, projects and key initiatives.
  • Capture testimonials, case studies and drive referrals.
  • Responsible for positioning 5-year contract renewals and ensure all clients have updated contracts.
  • Ensure all activity is documented in Confluence and Hubspot including visit reports, conversations and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure SaaS invoicing and payment is accurate and on time.
  • Leadership, coaching and development of your team members (Customer Success Manager).
  • Line management responsibility of your direct reports (leave management, allocation of work, 1:1's, performance reviews, remuneration reviews).
  • Recruit and onboarding new team members as required.
  • Own, develop and update RedEye's water industry strategy.
  • Complete customer reporting each month.
  • Identify trends or anomalies in reports.
  • Accurate time capture in TICK.
