Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to drive industrial growth across Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development initiatives, identifying opportunities, and converting them into revenue-generating partnerships.
About the Role
- This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the industrial landscape and has a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- You will work closely with our partner ecosystem, including EcoXperts, system integrators, OEMs, and electrical contractors to identify and convert opportunities.
- Your focus will be on enabling partners to win and deliver complex industrial projects while influencing specifications and building long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Trade-qualified background (e.g. electrician or similar) with experience in electro-intensive industries.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within industrial automation, energy, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of industrial customer needs and solution selling through indirect channels.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across technical and commercial levels.
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, with a growth mindset and ability to work independently.
