Business Development Manager Opportunity

This role involves:

  • Proactively seeking out new business across target industries
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships based on trust, technical expertise, and value creation
  • Working closely with our technical team to shape solutions that meet client needs and deliver measurable results
  • Leading opportunity qualification, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations through to close
  • Representing the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to raise awareness of our capabilities
  • Providing market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback to inform our Automation Group growth strategy

  • Strong understanding of target industries and ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
