Trade Stores Operations Manager

This pivotal leadership role is responsible for overseeing our Trade Store network.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a large, multi-site store team to deliver sales performance, customer service, and operational excellence.
- Execute and manage the Trade Store Network Strategy, driving profitable growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, audits, and risk management processes.
- Partner with stakeholders across trade-facing businesses to implement sales strategies and deliver local growth opportunities.
- Oversee store operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and national programs.
