Store Operations Manager

This is a leadership position that involves overseeing the operational aspects of a retail store.
- Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI's
- Recruit, train, develop and succession plan your team – we love to promote from within
- Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and housekeeping
- Roster your team in line with store trading
As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs efficiently, effectively and provides exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Experience: Oversee the delivery of excellent customer service to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
People Development: Recruit, train, develop and succession plan your team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
Merchandising and Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising and housekeeping.
Performance Management: Roster your team in line with store trading hours to ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership or management role
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
