The Project Maintenance Coordinator role offers a unique opportunity to join our Trade Store Support Team.

Maintenance records, progress updates, and defect management reports will be maintained accurately.

This role involves project coordination and store maintenance triage, playing a key part in delivering our national store upgrade program across NSW and QLD. With a strong pipeline of projects and a dynamic scope, this role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a knack for organisation, and the flexibility to travel both locally & interstate on a regular basis.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who can lead the coordination and supervision of trade store refurbishments, new store fit-outs, relocations, signage upgrades, and store relays.

The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, managing on-site works during live refurbishments to minimise disruption and ensure quality outcomes.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of successfully completing projects within prescribed timelines
  • Familiarity with trade store operations and maintenance
  • Flexibility to travel locally and interstate
