Your key responsibility will involve overseeing trade store refurbishments, new store setups, relocations, signage upgrades, and store replacements. You'll work closely with our property team to identify and coordinate maintenance requests across the trade store network, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption to customers and staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple store projects from planning through to completion.
  • Act as the central point of contact & record keeping for store maintenance requests, prioritizing issues and coordinating solutions with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Manage on-site works during live refurbishments to minimize disruption and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and defect management reports for all projects.
