About the Role

We're looking for a
Trade Store Manager
to lead our Burleigh store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll run day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional service to our trade customers.

You'll have the
autonomy
to manage the store, mentor your team, and play a key role in the growth of our business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily store operations with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Maximise sales , through active lead generation and conversion
  • Oversee inventory management and retail loss prevention
  • Respond to customer needs with a solutions-focused approach
  • Drive performance against KPIs and revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • Background in
    trade or plastering
    (highly regarded)
  • Experience in
    hardware or trade retail
    (preferred)
  • Strong
    customer service
    and
    communication
    skills
  • Proven ability to
    lead a team
    and manage operations
  • Organised, hands-on, and results-driven
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
