Job Title: Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to lead our store operations team as a Store Operations Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store during evening and night trade hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of employees during evening and night trade hours
  • Ensure deadlines are met, shelves are fully stocked, and exceptional store presentation is maintained
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management
