This role requires a candidate with full availability during the holiday season, ensuring that we can meet the needs of our customers during this busy period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Support the implementation of catalogues and promotional merchandising initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Perform a range of tasks, including stock placement, ticketing, visual displays, and maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Process and Pick-Pack online orders, requiring consistent lifting of light loads
Requirements
  • A passion for service and retail, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Retail experience, preferably in a big-box retail environment
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong teamwork ability and a focus on safety
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Salary Estimate: $22-$28 per hour (dependent on experience)
