Job Title: Commercial Leader Electron Microscopy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Leader to lead our electron microscopy business in the ANZ region.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the ANZ region.
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to improve their skills and performance.
    • Monitor team performance, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to ensure that the team is meeting its objectives.
    • Tackle sophisticated business problems related to sales and account management.

About You:

  • You will have a minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • You will be able to think strategically and laterally to improve business opportunities and market potential.
  • You will have a proven track record of developing cases and optimally leading business objectives.
