We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business growth within our Security Services division. This exciting opportunity requires a strategic thinker with expertise in commercial intrusion alarm systems, electronic access control, CCTV, intercom, and duress systems.

The Role

As a key member of our NSW Service Team, you'll be responsible for driving daily sales activity to deliver business objectives and ultimately drive results.

  • Hunt new security service and minor works business across existing and new customers.
  • Secure new bookings and margin targets each quarter.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A comprehensive understanding of commercial intrusion alarm systems, electronic access control, CCTV, intercom, and duress systems.
  • Experience in quoting small/medium rectification works.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills and SFDC experience, preferably with Miller Heiman or MEDDIC certifications.

In addition to these essential skills, ideal candidates will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Electronic Security leadership role.
  • Experience working cohesively within a team environment to deliver business results.
  • Certifications in C-Cure, Gallagher EACS, Gallagher High Security Systems (Type1A and Class 5), and Lenel are preferred.
