Job Title: Business Development Executive
About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to develop and execute strategic account plans, build strong relationships with key logistics clients, and drive growth in our organization.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with annual sales budgets
Manage and grow a portfolio of key logistics clients to meet revenue and profitability targets
Nurture strong relationships with key logistics clients, identify growth opportunities, and deliver service excellence across all touchpoints
Win new business with key logistics clients to meet growth targets
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver service excellence across all touchpoints
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders
Maximise client's share of wallet
Monitor onboarding and first 90 days of trade to ensure satisfaction and integrity
Negotiate and manage client contracts to meet revenue and profitability targets
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy
Win new business with key logistics clients to meet growth targets
Requirements:
Demonstrable history of new business development
Proven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain account management
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
Commercial acumen and solution-based selling experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities
Self-driven, organised, and detail-oriented
Effective presentation skills & interpersonal communication
