Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to develop and execute strategic account plans, build strong relationships with key logistics clients, and drive growth in our organization.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with annual sales budgets

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key logistics clients to meet revenue and profitability targets

  • Nurture strong relationships with key logistics clients, identify growth opportunities, and deliver service excellence across all touchpoints

  • Win new business with key logistics clients to meet growth targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver service excellence across all touchpoints

  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders

  • Maximise client's share of wallet

  • Monitor onboarding and first 90 days of trade to ensure satisfaction and integrity

  • Negotiate and manage client contracts to meet revenue and profitability targets

  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy

  • Win new business with key logistics clients to meet growth targets

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable history of new business development

  • Proven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain account management

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Commercial acumen and solution-based selling experience

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities

  • Self-driven, organised, and detail-oriented

  • Effective presentation skills & interpersonal communication
