Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major customers, maintaining strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring service excellence across all touchpoints.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with sales budgets
  • Win new business with key logistics clients to meet growth targets
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key logistics clients to meet revenue and profitability targets

The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, monitor onboarding and first 90 days of trade to ensure satisfaction and integrity, and provide market insights and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain account management, demonstrable history of new business development, strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, and commercial acumen and solution-based selling experience are essential for this role.

  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple layers within an organisation
  • Self-driven, organised, and detail-oriented, effective presentation skills & interpersonal communication
