An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a values-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation into its next chapter. Reporting to a committed and supportive Board, the Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for driving strategic outcomes, leading and mentoring staff and overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple sites. The role will lead and support effective governance, budgeting and financial planning, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance the capabilities and operational efficiency of the organisation to deliver quality child focused services.
The successful candidate will ideally bring demonstrated leadership experience gained within the early learning and care sector. A strong understanding of governance, proven financial oversight experience, and the ability to foster a positive organisational culture aligned with the PCS philosophy will be essential. They will be adept at managing resources prudently, navigating complex regulatory environments, and building effective relationships with families and other stakeholders.
