Organisational Development Specialist

As an integral part of the Capability team, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of all learning and organisational development for the Tabcorp employee workforce nationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify learning needs and develop solutions that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively.
  • Facilitate training programs to employees across the business, including Tabcorp's Induction Programs and other related training.
  • Support the employee experience roles, including P&C led events, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) events, and guide leaders on Tabcorp's Capability Framework.
  • Plan and coordinate capability assessments, 360 feedback, and leadership coaching, and utilise Tabcorp systems such as LMS and others for Capability working with the L&D Advisor.
