- Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations, preferably with a strong background in human resources.

- Attention to detail, with the ability to interpret legislation, industrial instruments, policies, and working practices effectively.
- Experience in managing employee grievances, performance issues, policy development, and contract drafting.
