- Proven experience in roles requiring strong numeracy skills, preferably within payroll or finance where accuracy is paramount.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly and propose effective solutions.
- Previous experience with key payroll systems such as Preceda or Dayforce would be highly beneficial.
- A collaborative approach that enables working effectively within teams while providing support when needed.
- Experience maintaining confidential employee records in line with organisational policies or regulatory requirements.
