We are currently recruiting individuals to join a passionate and empathetic team working with customers experiencing financial hardship at one of Australia's largest banks.

The role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience to assist in the delivery of solutions to customers in sensitive personal situations, requiring strong commitment to providing an exemplary service experience.

You will work full time hours rostered across Mon-Sat | 8am-9pm, and be part of a company that offers a great support structure, flexible working conditions, and career pathway opportunities.

Key responsibilities include facilitating customer solutions, handling highly sensitive situations with empathy and compassion, and adapting to change while maintaining attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing great service to customers, ideally in a contact centre environment, and possess a genuine passion for helping others.
