About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Corporate Counsel to join our in-house Legal team in Sydney, NSW. The role is a permanent position offering exceptional career development opportunities and flexibility to make it your own. A competitive salary package is available, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will provide strategic advice on significant legal issues to business units and senior management, representing the company's interests in large-scale bids and contracts across various sectors.
  • You will be responsible for owning the legal service for substantial projects, addressing upstream and downstream contractual arrangements, and supporting all legal aspects from EOI through contract close.

About You

  • You possess at least 6-10 years of PQE, preferably with in-house experience.
  • You have a solid understanding of advising on and negotiating various contract types.
  • You thrive in autonomous work environments as part of a collaborative team.
  • You are pragmatic, practical, solutions-focused, and possess impressive interpersonal and communication skills.
