About the Opportunity

This role offers a chance to lead a dynamic team of professionals responsible for delivering comprehensive HR advisory services.

  • Manage a business partnering team and oversee enterprise agreement bargaining processes in complex environments.
  • Provide accurate and timely advice and consultancy services to senior leaders and staff.
  • Contribute significantly to various activities, encompassing workforce planning and job design, performance management, people management, employee relations, industrial relations, and engagement and change to support organisational culture, goals, and objectives.

Candidates will require a tertiary qualification in human resources or industrial relations, along with demonstrated experience in managing business partnering teams and overseeing enterprise agreement bargaining processes in complex settings.
